Uganda blood Transfusion Service has a number of teams, which visit institutions, schools, communities and collect blood from non- remunerated voluntary blood donors.
This is offered to a person or a group of people intending to donate blood, it is an interactive discussion following a standard questionnaire relating to how well a person is, sexual relationships, chronic diseases if any among others. If one is very fine with no complaint and no diseases, the potential donor qualifies to donate.

Each, member is given an opportunity to participate fully, learn to share, discuss, agree, disagree, persuade and adjust, use catching words like; excuse , may I, we, don't crash and please compose a team. Looking beyond oneself and reaching one to others

Team spirit is very important helps to believe in one another and oneself. This boosts individual self esteem
Modern organizations depend much on records for survival, this is so applicable to Blood Donation Department in the UBTS. Particular record cases are; Sessions, HIV/TTIs, Donor Lists, time schedules etc.
